My Favorite song

One of my top five favorite songs (used to be, because I get bored of old songs) is bleeding love by Leona Lewis. This song resembles a poem because it also uses metaphor like the title of the song stated "bleeding love". The painful love is compared with "bleeding" and "veins" ..etc.

Bleeding love is also "rich in imagery", " my heart's crippled by the vein that I keep on closing. you cut me open and I .. keep bleeding..." I think this is also personification by which the heart is personaified and is "crippled by the vein" Basically the whole song is depicting the pain that the singer gets from loving someone because she can't help but fall for a guy, and even if it's painful she doesn't care.
"Time starts to pass, before you know if you're frozen...My heart melted to the ground, found something true..."This also helps create another imagery in my mind because her heart melts for the guy whom she loves and it's very strong and intense in terms of loving someone else.
